Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
We cannot say enough positive things about Annie’s House! Mary was the best host. She was so friendly, but respected our privacy and helped us organise dinner and a taxi to the airport. She also got up at 4am to make us the most delicious breakfast before our early morning flight. Thank you very much Mary!
Very welcoming host. The house immediately felt like home to us. Mary prepared a fresh breakfast for us in the morning with delicious mango! She also organised transfer for us from the airport, very convenient.
The host was very friendly, understanding, and responsive. The housekeeper was the same, made me feel welcome . They allow me to check in early. The place is very clean, big and comfortable.
Everything, Mary was best host. So convenient for airport as I was travelling onwards to Pokot nxt day. This meant was easy to go back to airport nxt day
Very friendly and helpful host, who happily spoke to our taxi driver very late at night as we couldn't find the property. It felt very secure with security on the gate, the apartment was spacious and modern and exactly what we needed for a stopover after a long flight to Nairobi. Thank you so much!
