I was surprised how good a capsule hotel actually is. Everything was available, very clean, quality. Generally the guests are very quiet and respectfull. One night a guy made music in the dorm room, really something unacceptable, but staff resolved it.

The staff at the place is very nice and friendly. I was allowed to choose my own bed. The location is really great, as it sa few stops away from Shinjuku and the hostel is right outside of the station.
Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.
It was fine. Its more expensive in Tokorazawa. I'm paying the same price for a capsule in Otsuka, which is better located, but the facility is older. I've got to go up an elevator to get around. So, Tokorazawa is modern, and that is appreciated, but facilities there are limited and crowded.
1. great location
2. room is large and has a small locker
3. can take a bath in the evening and morning
4. inside the hotel, you can purchase everything using your room's key. I found it very convenient because you don't have to drag your wallet around.
5. they have large spaces to eat, read manga, watch TV, and even a small workspace.
Supportive and friendly staff, allow to checkin early. Boss is very enthusiatic ,especially Mr Yamamoto and service staff lady who instruct us in detailed bus and train routes to airport. Breakfast provided and interesting Lunch Dinner Menu. He took us to nearest subway station freely on early morning to catch up with airport express train . Highly recommended this hotel.
super close to Tokorozawa station that has many access lines down to Tokyo in many ways ( Ikebukuro or Shinjuku is just 30 mins away). capsules are clean and comfy. spa and bath facilities are amazing. cost performance is perfect for travelers who are alone.
Very friendly and helpful staff made me feel very welcome. Food was excellent and nice free welcome food or drink.
