Looking for a capsule hotel?
Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.

It’s new n clean , fitted with AC , cold n hot shower , room was 2 single bed as I needed. Room is suitable for solo or twin travellers which doesn’t need big room . It has small garden n you can see through big glass windows with large curtains from your room . It’s a cheap budget room in Canggu with friendly manager ( unspoken English) . Please read n follow the instructions when you’re making reservation because is not 24 hours service desk .contact number written on wall when you’ve reached the Five Rooms property .

The location is absolutely great! Very near to the main street at Canggu. We rented the bike from the bike store just next to Jinar and it was cheap, very convenient. The staff were friendly and fast to response too.

Very cheap and a bit away from canguu chaos, yet just a 5 minute bike ride to the centre. Dorms beds are pod style and feel very private. Staff is friendly. Nice clean restaurant at the hostel.

First, the location of the guesthouse is really good since it's only four minutes on foot to the beach. There are also other decent small supermarkets, cafe's (like BGS) and Warungs (e.g. Varuna Warung) nearby which make it convenient to even walk to some. The staff is also quite friendly. All in all a decent package for a short-term stay for its cheaper price.

Very friendly staff and the grounds were fantastic. Nice, big, villa. Extremely good value, and decent selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Handy being able to hire scooters (also cheap) and convenient to be able to get picked up for day trips etc. easily

This is a stunning hostel which looks like a futuristic capsule hotel or beach club. It has a very nice swimming pool, free surf lessons, a rooftop gym, a rock climbing wall, and a nice community vibe with friendly staff and guests. It is walking distance to the beach, The Lawn and La Brisa, as well as many other local bars, shops and restaurants.

The hostel was clean, the bunk beds had a lot of privacy, came with a locker to store your things, the staff was super friendly! Great place to meet new people too. I particularly liked that there was a female-only dorm so solo female travellers like myself can feel a little more comfortable. The hostel was also in a prime location in Canggu, very close to beach clubs & restaurants.

The best dorm sleeping arrangements I’ve ever experienced - pods are double beds with full privacy curtains! We liked the nightly promos (e.g free shots on the hour/50k pizzas/tacos etc.) and the co working spaces were great. Food can be purchased, quite small portions but taste is great. Staff are super friendly! Happy hour cocktails were a highlight too

Pool table & swimming pool are nice. Privacy curtains on the beds. Good hostel if you want to go out and party. The owner loves a good time so it's an upbeat place. The laundry service is quick & cheap. The food is tasty & cheap if you're on a budget you could definitely have all your meals here. There's a lamp and handy socket for each bed.
