Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
I recently stayed at Acropolis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is excellently positioned, making it convenient for exploring the local attractions. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always available to assist with any needs. Moreover, the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing to a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, friendly staff, and pristine rooms.
The most comfortable, clean, convenient hotel I have been to in Limenas. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, we were happy to find out they own TWINS restaurant, too (our favourite in Limenas). We are definitely going there again☺️ Also, there is a parking that is only for the hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfy, too.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Galini on Thassos Island. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the center, making it convenient to explore the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with both the rooms and common areas kept spotless. One of my favourite features was the beautiful backyard, which provided a lovely space to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Galini for anyone visiting Thassos Island.
An exceptional facility with really friendly and helpful owner Vasilis and staff. Located very close to the center of the village and conveniently close to groceries market. Outstanding room in terms of amenities and cleanliness. The boutique hotel that we really loved.
It's wonderful place, very nice and quiet garden that is available for guests. The olive trees are unbelievable! It's very children's friendly place. Highly recommend! It's close to port, big supermarkets, the centre of the city. From this point very convenient to travel with car around the whole island.
Extremely convenient place with a large yard and just a few minutes walk from the central street with the shops and restaurants. Has its own parking. The owner and personal are very friendly. Definitely recommend it to everybody.
A great budget place, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. AC worked, hot water was there what more can you ask of a budget place. It's also close enough to the shops but far enough to find a parking spot on the surrounding sreets.

If you are into having a clean accommodation with super friendly staff, this is your place. We had a room for 4, the kids had a bunk bed and we had a double bed. Kitchen had all main amenities, room included a safe. The owners have a restaurant, Twins Restaurant, with the most delicious local food. Would recommend it to everyone!
-The location of the hotel was very convenient, literally 5 minutes from the ferry stop, and close to a main road.
-Hotel owner was very friendly and a great host.
-City center was 10-15 minutes away, which is great because you can have a nice walk by the sea.
