Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
I had a fantastic stay at Agaipitos Apartments, where the spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and breathtaking views exceeded my expectations. The friendly and attentive staff made my visit even more enjoyable, and the convenient location allowed easy access to local attractions and beaches.
I highly recommend Agaipitos Apartments to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
The location is near the beach and also bar and restaurants. You just get out of the building and you are right on the seafront.
Room was very clean, well equipped kitchen including a coffee machine with some capuccino pods and 2 bottle of water in the fridge.
Staff were very responsive and friendly. Room was cleaned, bedsheets and towels were changed at 2 days distance.
Our room wasn’t on the seaside part which was very good as it was quite during the night like if you weren’t in the middle of the Nikiti excitement.
Apartment was nice, new and clean. Garden with a small pool and feeling of space (no buildings at the front) are a big advantage. Quiet area and close to the beach and shops makes it a very good location.
Very helpful and friendly owner. All our wishes were fulfilled (eg. additional towels or kitchen equipment). Free bicycles for our disposal let us visit further beached, farmer market e.t.c. Very convenient for somebody who did not come by car.
Location was walking distance to shops, beaches and restaurants. The local neighbours were really friendly. The accomodation was very clean and had all the necessities provided. The washing nachine was extremely convenient. The grounds were well maintained.
The staff was friendly and polite. The internet was great. The parking was in the property with remote control for the door. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was all new and well placed. They gave us towels, shower supplies. They have all the kitchen supplies rhat you will need to cook anything. Everything was new. They even welcomed us with water, wine and peaches. In the apartment there was a nespresso machine and capsules. In the backyard there is a grill (again, brand new). Perfect accomodation.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the place was really clean. The location was perfect - close to the main street but still quiet. The coffee capsules for the machine were refilled every other day. It looks as good as the pictures.

We loved the apartment, everything is new and very clean, it is well equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, next to a big supermarket and a pastry/cofee shop. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with anything you need. It is a very good deal for visiting Sithonia's wonderfull beaches. We hope to visit Stelios and family again. Great hosts, thank you!
