Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
The hotel is located in a safe area, allowing for outdoor activities even at night. With the secure Carolina Park and a subway station nearby, it was convenient for both relaxation and transportation. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also features a large gym and a swimming pool, which I enjoyed for exercise and swimming.
I can highly recommend this hotel when you are in Quito if you want to stay in local exceptional hotel aiming to touch a bit of culture, local people, high hospitality and very delicious food. Personnel is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling, answering your questions and providing any help you need. Food at the restaurant is very delicious, prepared with love and very fresh. Wi-fi connection is also very good. Metro is very close and convenient to you.

Food was great! Prices very cheap. As hostel guests you get a discount on food and drinks (I think it was 50% + tax). View amazing. Everything very clean. Staff very friendly. In the evening I participated in the bachata class, which was quite fun! Highly recommend!
It's amazing how cheap this hotel is, considering the location and the quality you get. The room was very nice, the hotel itself is quite spectacular and interesting for the way it's built (especially at the 2nd floor). The staff was very helpful and friendly
The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The common areas are lovely and the staff are friendly. The hostel is just across the main road from the historic centre. Some nice cheap restaurants around. Best shower we have had in a while!

It’s a very cheap option in Quito, great for low budget travelers. It’s actually a shared apartment with a few rooms and shared bathrooms. The host was very friendly.
