Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.
Beautifully arranged common outer area, very aesthetic and peaceful with a lot of plants. The sauna, pool and outdoor jacuzzis under palms and banana trees were great!
Beautiful breakfast place next to the pool! I loved the freshly made Tapioca omlettes (you might have to ask for them)

It was a pleasure staying at the Golden Garden Hostel. They have a great place, with a very nice outside area, in a good location, and with super welcoming and friendly staff. can definitely recommend!
Location was great, right in front of beach. Breakfast was excellent every single day. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Special mention about Vanessa, she was an excellent host and was paying complete attention to all the guests. She is taking complete ownership of pousada. She even helped us in chasing the bus during the last minute.Big kudos to the entire staff you made our stay most memorable.
the people staying there were lovely as well as the staff. although they didn't speak english, we were able to use google translate. They were so open and friendly and let me check out in the late evening so i can watch a movie (they have a big screen) with the other guests.
it's so close to praia grande, supermarket is even closer, wouldn't say there are that many bars nearby but if you are okay to walk 20-30 min you find more than enough, or just take an uber.
10/10 recommend!
The place was new, clean and has a cute decor. swimming pool and breakfast are is nice. Staff were friendly and helpful and they have a coffee machine available (and pods) for guests in the reception area.
Room according to description and pictures. Our room was on the first floor, quiet with view to the beautiful garden.
Very clean. Very good bed and linen. Bathroom ok. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast with many homemade products served at a convenient place. Strong Wifi.
The location is amazing, right next to where you cross the river to the beach. There is also a great restaurant with cheap pratos feitos right around the corner. Lilian, the hostess, was very friendly. The room, for its price, was well equipped.
