Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.
Very simple and charming motel style accomodations. Very good location (minutes from Camboriu), but very simple rooms. Old building and furniture, but ok for the price I paid. Free parking, free pet stay. The owner contacted me at noon on my check-in day and offered me to check in early if I wanted. Very kind of her, since I was already in the city just waiting for the check in time.
Would I come back? Yes, if I am on a low budget.
A little break out from my business trip brought me for one night to this marvellous place. Excellent kitchen, great wine, and beers, perfect location, right at the beach, with own pool facility, and spectacular view, right on the waves, hitting onto the beach.
Very friendly staff, some really good speak a bit more English or any other language except Portuguese
The hotel room is very good, clean and pleasant, comfortable bed. It's a new and beautiful hotel, lovely outdoor and pool area, could do with some parasols outside. Good breakfast served and the staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful.
