Looking for a capsule hotel?
Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.
Staff very friendly, and location is incredibly close to the centre of town. Parts of the hotel feel a bit dated, but it adds to a certain charm - the lift almost feels like a time capsule from the 1960s.
This hotel was located close to the airport, very convenient for short stop-overs in Brunei. The hotel also had a restaurant onsite which we really enjoyed. The restaurant prices were affordable and the food was great, we ended up eating there twice. The staff at the restaurant were also great, very friendly and charming.
The hotel is also just a short drive away from Gadong night market.
Decent, comfortable room. Friendly staff. The free airport shuttle service is very convenient. Good location - not right in the centre, but within easy walking distance of the waterfront and other attractions. The shuttle can also take you to specific locations around town at certain times, although we didn't end up using it: although nobody else in Brunei seems to walk anywhere, we found it was quite easy to walk around town from the hotel.
The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.

Exceptional room under this price. Location is tremendously convenient as all supermarkets are located one road away. Room is minimally well maintained. Netflix is accessible to watch all day. There is no checkin wait, self check in. Staff very friendly and very accessible to communicate. Please keep up, will come back soon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient, being in downtown not far from malls or waterfront, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the hot water was always up to temperature. There was also a working desk in the room. It was an excellent stay overall!
Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and convenient room. Lots of shops nearby. Easy to book transfers and the river tour, which we really enjoyed. Thank you!
