Looking for a capsule hotel?
Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.

Good location a short distance from the city centre. The staff were friendly and the cafe looked great, although I didn't eat there. The hostel was clean and well maintained.

The staff were friendly! The price very reasonable. Not much I can write about what I liked! I did NOT like the place. It is pretty run down! The place needs a full refurbishment. To start with, the corridors were DARK! The lights were not working properly! The taps were broken. And the basic! Provide the guests with DUVETS, not a damn thin blanket! I was freezing the first night This is serious! That guests freeze during winter!

Despite some initial hiccups, my stay was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Though the room was slightly dated, it was comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel's location was convenient, and dining at the restaurant was a highlight. With a few improvements, it could become a top choice for travelers.

Best hostel I stayed in in South America. Lovely designs, practical, clean and modern. showers worked well and had great pressure. The welcome was friendly, helpful and fun. Met lovely people there. The beds are extremely comfortable and designed like pods, so there is a level of intimacy in the dorms.

You get what you pay for and this place is dirt cheap - say no more. My experience was that it’s like a party youth hostel, so if that’s what you are looking for this is a great option! however, if you are looking for a quiet night of sleep in a comfortable place, of course you need to pay more and go elsewhere. Staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable btw.
