The rooms and beds are comfortable, the shared bathroom makes this “camp out” feel luxurious — like Glamping without the tents — but there is a teepee! Sitting around the campfire in the evenings with the stars above and the wolves all around is the experience of a lifetime. Google what to do in Tsitsikamma and the sanctuary is always on the list, but why just visit for a tour when you can sleep here listening to the wolves take evening roll call reminding you that it’s time to get the campfire going? Such a very special and unique accommodation— if I could give more than a rating of 10, I would. This will be the highlight of our Garden Route Tour!

The place/ environment is very calm and peaceful. Jutie was remarkably welcoming. The dinner and the breakfast was scrumptious. We felt at home away from home. We are definitely going back, there. I would like to recommend this place to anyone who likes nature and calmess to visit it. We had a great time. My mom and all of us can't wait to go back again. Jutie, you are the best. Amazing little retreat out in the bush. Really amazing property with stunning hikes all over the place. If only the weather was better we definitely would have explored a lot more.

Bennie, the owner, was very accommodating towards our needs, and provided both a large portable braai and wood for our use. Whilst he is busy upgrading and renovating various facilities around the lodge, it didn't interfere with our stay, or comfort. We also enjoyed the walks around the farm, coming across lots of game on the trail.
