Exceptional location and staff. It was such a pleasure to stay here in a comfortable and very clean room on the 9th floor. Friendly and inviting hosts. Proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants was stellar. I can't wait to return. Highly recommend the Willow Bay Resort.

Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Had a variety of pools. Good value breakfast. When we complained about cannabis smoking happening on the balcony beside us we were given a different room. However, there were cannabis smokers near it as well. The second room we were given had been updated and was very clean and ‘fresh’ looking.
Condo was excellent, tastefully decorated. Location, very clean & Julie was an excellent host. The property was well taken care of and the uncrowded beach conditions were a bonus. Enjoyed the wildlife.

Lovely hotel very clean and ideally located to explore Hilton Head. Close to some nice restaurants and only a few minutes drove from the beach. Plenty of parking on site and a good breakfast menu.
The location of the hotel was great! Right on the beach, open up the sliding door to the balcony and the ocean is right there. Very easy beach access. The room was very clean and the staff extremely pleasant. The building itself is dated, however; the room seemed to be freshened up with newer paint, carpeting, bedding.
Good location, 5 minutes drive to beach, 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. Right hand side of beach house on residential estate. Recently renovated bathroom & kitchen which was well equipped with many extras. Full cooker & fridge/freezer. Very clean.
Location is perfect, close to the beach and a 15 min walk to Coligny Plaza. Property is very clean and JoAnn is always available to deal with whatever little hiccups you might encounter. I wish there was a sun umbrella in the beach gear....
