We liked Everything! From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with the amazing tanzanian hospitality. The staff are all excellent. They make you feel at home. I credit that to the owner who has an amazing heart to his guests. The rooms were very clean and the food was great.
A very clean, comfortable hostel. We were very impressed with our room and the facilities in general. It felt very homey but still very clean. Swahiba and his girlfriend are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. They showed us all the best local spots to go to and we even did a last minute day trip tour of Arusha with Swahiba which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would highly recommend this lovely hostel- which felt more like a home away from home than a hostel!
Highly recommend Serengeti Villa! The place was very clean, comfortable and the dinner and breakfast were amazing. The staff were also all very welcoming and polite. Frank was a great host and made sure at all times that me and my friend were safe. Would love to come back again!
Absolutely loved our stay here. It was a great place to relax and wind down after 5 days of a camping safari! The staff were all so amazing, kind and helpful. One of the female staff even met us at 3.30am with breakfast boxes before our early morning flight, which was so lovely! The food was delicious. The grounds and pool were beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean tidy and very spacious!

The facility was very clean and the staff was very interactive and helpful. I enjoyed their support. The breakfast à la carte was interesting. The coworking space provided on the 10th Floor was also very accessible with a motivated and supportive staff.
Great hotel. We really enjoyed it after 4 day safari. All is very clean and taken care of. Room is huge. High standard. We also ate dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. It was great meal.

Extremely welcoming and kind staff. They’re ready to do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. They woke up earlier to prepare me breakfast at 6.30 while it normally only starts at 7. The local diner was beyond what I expected from a guesthouse. It was better than the vast majority of local restaurants you can find. Room was very good and very clean. Everything is perfect.
