The hotel is located in a very beautiful colonial house. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet We got a very spacious private room with private bathroom that was perfect. The bathroom had hot water which was perfect after a day of travelling. We had breakfast (which was very good) on the rooftop with a beautiful view . Eddy (the manager) was very helpful. He booked for us a 2 days trek to colca canyon from Arequipa with transfer to Puno. He also helped us to get back our lost luggages. Absolutely to try

This property has everything you could need. The rooms are basic but they have hot water, it’s very clean and also comfortable. Just a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas so it’s a great location. The staff were great, always cheerful and helpful. The lady at breakfast was wonderful and pointed out the main views to us from the roof. The breakfast is the best we have had in Peru! They even did a takeaway one for us when we had to check out before breakfast had started. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

Perfect location. Very clean and the shared bathroom was always clean. Breakfast was good. They let us check in early which was amazing. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. Very central for the town and attractions.

The included breakfast was amazing, good choices and very tasty. The pisco sour class that they offer was very fun and gave a good understanding of pisco as well as the national cocktail! The rooms were very clean and the staff was attentive, even letting us stay in a rooftop sunroom when we arrived early to the hotel.

Excellent service, staff were very helpful and they gave us useful information about sightseeing and taxi hiring. The room was very clean and well equipped.

The hotel is a lovely welcoming clean and wholesome. The breakfast is a fantastic buffet with fresh eggs, fruit, juice, bread, cereal and hot drinks. The pool is lovely. The room was big and very clean. The owner is so lovely and attentive.
