A recently renovated campground located in Bidiyah, Al Salam Desert Camp Bidiya features a shared lounge. Easy to find, very friendly staff. Food is excellent. There is also a choice of activities (camels, quads,...).

Situated in Bidiyah, Moon Light Camp features accommodation with seating area. The campground has family rooms. All units have a private bathroom, free toiletries and bed linen. Me and my friends liked the whole experience of being in a desert, that was something worth of doing. Ibrahim and all staff members are just amazing friendly people that are making it even more unforgettable experience. We had a chance also to have some Omani food for dinner and breakfast which was very nice. In the morning beautiful sunrise and in the evening stunning sunset. As a activity we did dune driving which was so much fun. Tents were clean and comfortable, biggest surprise was flushable toilet and running tap water with a shower. Beautiful experience and recommend to everyone.

Situated in Al Mintirib, Bedouins Tent Camp offers barbecue facilities. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Hamed is a kind and gracious host who provided a magical setting and shared his culture with us. Hassan, the camp caretaker is an excellent cook and could not have been kinder.

Located 50 km from Wadi Bin Khalid, SAFARI-Glamping offers accommodation in Bidiyah-20 kms inside the desert from the village Al Hawaiyah. The camp is great. There are only two tents and you can rent the whole thing for yourself. We really got the experience of being out in the desert alone. The facilities are excellent with a good bathroom and shower and nice bed (no A/C). The tents are in the traditional style as is the dining tent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth waking up for sunset.

Located in Wahiba Sand in the North Eastern province, Wahiba Bedouin Rustic Camp offers eco-friendly accommodations. The camp is inside the desert. You can enjoy the view and join activities organized by the host: camp fire, listen to Bedouin life, … The meal is good. The facilities are normal and not very clean, with limited electricity. No hot water. However this is the camp inside the desert, can’t ask more. The owner is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend

Arábian Nights CAMP is situated on Eastern Sands that stretches from Eastern Hajars to the Arabian Sea. Lit by lanterns, the camp offers Bedouin-style accommodation with tents. Nassr was really good host he pick us up at the meeting point (you can leave your car at the meeting point), he provide the pickup service and also the sunset tour (this is a must do activity) and dinner was good too, lots of food. A good location for a relaxing stay in Bidiyah, Milky Way Domes is a campground surrounded by views of the garden. Absolutely loved our stay at the Milky Way domes! It was a unique experience, it was very clean and cozy. There were robes and snacks and extra linen. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, we had a dinner buffet (at an additional charge) and then we stayed up and they provided us with tea while we chatted under the stars. The next morning they send you a yummy breakfast to your room. My friends and I loved it and would come back again :)

Situated in Al Wāşil, Bubbles Domes Private Cmp features accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Clean, air-conditioned (life or death in June), responsive host - took us dune smashing and was incredibly personable - came back to drag us out when I got stuck in the sand.

Situated in Al Wāşil, Delight Desert Camp offers accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. It was the best place to stay on the desert. Charming, very kind and friendly people, great food. Private bathroom. Pristine. Wonderful dunes bashing with Quais. Amazing place.

SAMA Al Areesh Camp is set in Al Qābil. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. At the campground, the traditional restaurant is open for dinner and serves Chinese cuisine. All the staff was very professional, the room is cute with beautiful décoration, very clean and big. The bathroom was very good also. The terrasse was perfect to see the view and enjoy of outside! The dîner and breakfast were very good and the place to eat is perfect. There is a place to see a beautiful sunrise in the dunes at 20min by walk from the camp. Amazing expérience!
