I was particularly impressed by how the structure's elegance was seamlessly integrated with meticulous attention to detail, all while harmonizing with the natural surroundings. The quaint playground area, featuring a zip line and a wooden swing, was a delightful touch. To further enhance the experience, I would recommend adding more play options tailored for younger children.

Once again it was an excellent base to explore Dovrefell national park. Oppdal is only 25mins away from Kongsvol train station where you can hike to the DNT hut Reinheim or search around for Musk Ox to photograph. Friendly owner and the cabins are super comfortable and warm.

If you have kids this camping is perfect: a huge playground, pool and bicycles. They also make pizza in house and have a small convenient shop. Overall a great experience.
