This was such a unique property—very remote, yet close to the nearby town of Dalen. The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner (there were four of us staying in the two cabins) and foraged for mushrooms and berries at the hosts encouragement and guidance. We also utilized the breakfast items and our leftovers to make omelettes in the morning before we left. We used the amazing sauna and small pond on the property in the evening. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great and the sunrise was unbelievable. The mirrored cabins are not to be missed. We spent a LOT of time taking photos!

Situated in Seljord, Garvikstrondi Camping features a garden, children's playground, and sun terrace. There is a water park on site and guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Excellent place for a stay. Clean and well equipped facilities, warm cottage and friendly staff. The morning sun is really beautiful there. Superb activities for children as well - games, trampoline etc. and nice beach. Quite big place yet still peaceful as long as you do not mind a group of happy kids playing around here and there

First Camp Bø - Telemark is a campsite open all year round, only 500 meters away from Sommarland in Bø, right by Lifjell and with Høyt og Lavt adventure park right on the forest border to the camping... I had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at Bo Camping. I booked a cabin and got liberally an upgrade (bathroom inside the cabin) for free. The comfortable bed and functional equipment makes it easy to have a cosy stay. The check-in via deposited envelope worked perfectly fine and Arnhild (staff) was really nice and hospitable. Thank you!

Set within 16 km of Bø Summerland and 41 km of Heddal stave church in Seljord, Hegna Camping offers accommodation with seating area. Peaceful setting. Cozy cabins. I booked it simply as a place to sleep at as I made my way back to Oslo and it was sufficient.
