We were late, we said that we arrive at 19:00, but we arrived only at 20:00. We called reception 2 hours before arrival and they answered, that they came to meet us at 20:00. It was very friendly, thank you for that! Pipowagen is so cozy, lamps, curtains - everything is cute inside. Our 5 years old daughter was exited to sleep in a "wardrobe" - "slaapkast".
