We stayed there 3 nights and our kids wanted to stay longer. It is a nice little green compound right on the floodplain.
We stayed in two cabins looking right onto the floodplain looking west into the sunset. So awesome! Bathrooms, showers, etc are well built and clean. The rooms are top notch.
The flood plain is super close and they have a lit waterhole outside. This means you can game drive all day and then come back and watch hippos, elephants, hyenas, wildcat, and maybe even a sneaky leopard while eating dessert from the deck.
Amelia and Anton took care of everything. (Arrange game drives, boat tours, etc)
We had a 3 course dinner every night and the food was great!
We also self drove via the Ngoma Gate to the Chobe Riverfront. (Good location for that)
It is away from the hustle of Kasane which is a real plus.
Lucky, the guide, took us on bush walks, night game drives, and was very helpful!
As a super cool bonus, they even baked a cake for our son for his birthday.

The campsite’s amenities are excellent! The privacy of each campsite, specifically situated away from other campers was a welcome opportunity to rest. The evening security guards took the time to come and introduce themselves to put us at ease and later showed the children a python in a tree. We felt so welcome and loved the atmosphere. The restaurant and pool area can be commended for their service and quality food.

So clean and quiet. Strategically placed, lovely staff and so cozy. Felt like I was having both a bnb and campsite experience. Loved it… No breakfast option though.
Exceptional stay at a perfect oasis - after 2 weeks of dust and dirt while camping we felt we'd arrived in heaven at Mwandi View. Beautiful lawns, great swimming pool and fantastic deck overlooking the waterholes plus amazing showers and comfortable beds made for a perfect stop. Strongly recommend that one books the set 3 course dinner the required 3 weeks in advance, the food is superb. We will definitely be back!
We were camping. Hubby did a fishing trip with Joseph which he enjoyed. We booked dinner at the Lodge which was amazing. Taken there by Ernest who even showed us a crocodile. Hank, the Manager, went over and above to help us apply for temp import permits to enter Zim. Very impressed with this camp and staff were lovely
Such a wonderful place! We loved everything about Kuvira. Very nice and kind reception by Veronica, breathtaking views on the river Cubango from the bar while spotting some hippos. Next to the restaurant, they set up a campfire where the guests could drink another glass of wine. We would book this lodge anytime afain without any doubt. It's highly recommendable if travelling to the Caprivi Strip.
Excellent campsite with private amenities, right on the banks of the river. As a camper, you are free to use as much or as little of the nice lodge's infrastructure as you like.
Very clean and location was great. The food was delicious. Having hippos visit in early hours outside the tent was brilliant.
What a stunning camping spot on the river. Excellent facilities and beautiful location.
Everything about this place is great. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful. The location is superb. So close to Chobe. The game drive was fabulous, the food was very good and the overall glamping vibe is just so easy and comfortable. The number of bird songs you hear waking up is unreal. Elephants and hippos so close by. Great place!
Very clean. View of zambezi Reaturant deck Very friendly staff
Great campsites along the river, each with its own ablution and secluded from the other sites. All lodges facilities available to campers. Everyday 'donkey' lit for hot water in the mornings and evenings and ablutions serviced.
