Most of all, the owner is extremely nice and friendly. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us back on the last day. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped. There was even salt, pepper, coffee and such basic ingredients in the kitchen. Hot water was always available. The site is amazing, lots of sports to play, and a barbecue. You need to bring your own charcoal and lighting fluid. The forest and river around it are great. Make sure to bring anti-mosquito stuff!

The place is nice, comfortable, well-maintained, calm, and very close to the beach. The owner is very nice and helpful person. Our kids enjoyed the garden with swings and a campfire. We heartily recommend a private sauna which is available for additional fee. It is well worth it.

We were looking for something different for our weekend getaway. Something in the nature, something rather private and cosy. This place definitely was what we were looking for. We weren't able to enjoy the beach and rent the sup boards due to recently catching a cold. For our surprise, there was a very nice acoustic concert later in the evening. It was nice to experience some local music. Made our stay even more magical. There was a very delicious picnic food available for order.

I stayed at this hotel with my mom. It’s just a 6-minute walk to the beach and has a beautiful view. The room was very clean, including the sheets, towels, carpet, and shower. They provided Dzintars creams, shower gel, slippers, and extra towels. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with an all-you-can-eat option.
