The campground has a picnic area and a barbecue. Nice location surrounded by forest, beside big pond where you can swim and fish. You can grill.  They are dog friendly. And only three small houses so it’s quite quiet in the evening and in the morning beautiful place.

Mossy forest, access to Daugava river beach. Quiet and stunning. Friendly approachable staff. Early morning fog made for dynamic views, incredible location near the exciting and wonderful town of Lielvārde. The room was exceptional! Many gorgeous, winding walking paths through the woods. Comfortable bed, good coffee. Shared kitchen space was nice and there were many exciting things to discover on the grounds.

Situated in Tīnūži, 35 km from Riga Motor Museum, Pie lacuksa features accommodation with a hot tub. 36 km from Daugava Stadium and 37 km from Vermanes Garden, the property provides a garden and a terrace. Latvian National Opera is 38 km from the campground and Arena Riga is 38 km away. I recommend it to those who want to escape from the city bustle. Our house is intended for the summer season. All facilities are available and the accommodation is adequate for the price. We stayed for one night on the back trip from Riga to Estonia. The children fell asleep on the road and woke up in the morning on the spot from the rooster's cry. There was a pen for geese near the house, a llama was walking near the house. Further along the street were bulls, turkeys, and pheasants. Children (7-year-old twins) were delighted. When they are asked about a trip to Riga, they tell everyone about this unusual place only. We are thinking of going there next year again and staying longer.
