14 km from Situlpawwa, Camp Leopard - Yala Safari Glamping is a recently renovated property set in Yala and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. One of the best experiences we had in the whole of Sri Lanka, from the team at Camp Leopard to Safari! The team was great, and helpful, and provided us with anything we needed. We would repeat this visit at Camp Leopard anytime! We loved all their dogs who were beside us at our stay! The safari that they organized was also 5 star safari! A lot of birds, monkeys and other animals to see! Thank you!!

Featuring a private beach area and views of sea, Beach Bungalow Yala is a recently renovated campground located in Kirinda, a few steps from Kirinda Beach. The accommodation at Beach Bungalow Yala in Kirinda was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The room was very spacious and included a bathroom. The bed was huge and we had a very nice terrace. The best thing is the surroundings – the garden next to the beach – and the super friendly staff. Kirinda in general is very nice and peaceful.

Boasting garden views, Yala Wild House offers accommodation with an open-air bath, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 14 km from Tissa Wewa. A very wild house, built with love by the owner with total respect of the nature. The owner is kind, a very good cooker and made our stay as comfortable as possible. He makes you feel at home.

Situated in Yala, less than 1 km from Situlpawwa, Kulu Safaris - All Inclusive features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. My stay at Kulu safari was amazing! The staff are so attentive, a special thanks to Praba…. He made my 2 nights so amazing. The „tents“ (it stretches the reality to call them tents) are so luxurious… fantastic bathrooms Praba made sure that I got my wish to see a leopard. The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. The food was the best that I’d had during my while holiday is Sri Lanka - both local as well as western! I can highly recommend a stay

Big Game - Yala by Eco Team is located on the edge of Yala National Parks, a 20-minute drive from the Katagamuwa park entrance. The luxury tents were so thoughtfully prepared, with the softest fluffiest towels we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Great relaxation areas dotted around the property. Staff were exceptionally helpful, and we loved the dinner around the campfire, complete with linen table service. We really felt like we had stepped into a 5-star glamping experience.

Boasting a private beach area, open-air bath and views of garden, Back of Beyond Dune Camp Yala is set in Yala, a few steps from Palatupana Beach. Staying here is an unforgettable and amazing experience. The location is utterly beautiful with the breathtaking beach and wonderful dunes. The tents are very glamorous and not like tents at all. They are raised up with their own verandas with power, fridge , great bathroom facilities, comfortable beds, everything you want. The food is excellent serving local and international cuisine. The staff could not be more helpful and are always on hand to make sure every need is met, even serving coffee, on the tent Veranda in the early morning before you leave for a Safari. You can book safaris through the Camp which makes everything easy and Asela The manager and nature guide can accompany you on the Safari to assist with spotting animals identification et cetera, which really adds to the experience. We absolutely loved it here and would definitely return. A very very special place.

A recently renovated campground located in Yala, Rivosen Camp Yala Safari features a garden. Rivosen Camp Yala Safari was awesome! Manjula and Buddika smile’s were very contagious, always making sure we had everything we needed. They have few meal package options, and I highly recommend selecting one, because Buddika cooked multiple Sri Lankan dishes (vegetarian options available) for us and each of them were absolutely delicious. The camp is situated at the border of Yala National Park, therefore during our stay, we saw different wildlife crossing the campground. The location was also very convenient as it is only 15 minutes from the entrance gate of the park. Manjula kindly helped us to organize a Safari tour for the following morning. During our fresh up shower, we had many eyes watching us, as cute frogs and friendly geckos were co-habituating the bathroom. The bed was very comfy and the hotel-like linen were as white as we ever seen in Sri Lanka so far. This place was the perfect little nature retreat, and we loved everything about it. We were spoiled with delicious food, kindness from the owners and an amazing wildlife experience. Manjula and Buddika will do everything to make you happy.
