The property owner Mr. Indrajeet alias Shantha was very friendly person. He was supportive and helpful through out the stay of one week. The room cost is economical and very clean. He has TukTuk where he can help with your travel anytime. The property is just 5-10 minutes away from the airport and close by to the Negombo beaches and sight seeing places. Best choice for the Transist and Sight seeing. Very safe area for the women travelers as well.

Very neat and clean hotel with modern interior. Staff was very attentive, friendly and extremely understanding and supportive regarding some problems we had with our credit card. The hotel is situated in a quiet street yet restaurants, convenience store and the beach are in walking distance. It is due to these facts that we booked the hotel a 2nd time before returning home. It's a very lovely stay, close to the center and the beach. Only 10min walk. There is a pool ideal for hot temprature. Sri Lanka breakfast is really good we recomment it! Staff very friendly and very clean place!
