Greenwood safari camp is a recently renovated campground in Talek, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. Greenwood safari camp was great value for money! It was only 2minuets from Talek gate! All the staff were wonderful! Madgy the owner was very accommodating and helped organise Safari tours for us and answered all our questions. If you are looking for budget accomodation you can’t beat Greenwood!

This place is located just beside the Talek river and 2 minutes driving from the Talek gate. The owner is very nice the same as the staffs. We have total 5 nights here and we are satisfied with all the arrangements. All in all, it is over the expectation and worth the cost you paid.

The accommodation is ideally situated in close proximity to Masai Mara Park, allowing us to sleep in close quarters with the wild habitats of zebras, zebus, and hyenas. Our stay was in a spacious tent that was well-equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable experience, including a thoughtful provision of a lamp for late-night bathroom visits to the nearby outhouse. Sarah and Nathan were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to arrange transportation for us from Narok to the Kambu Mara camp. Sarah's thoughtful gesture of providing souvenirs featuring the camp was a delightful touch.
