The staff was super friendly and helped us in every way. They provide everything you need to make your stay pleasant and practical. Don't forget that this is a camping site, so bathrooms are outside and shared, but they are super clean and modern. The kitchen is also outside but has everything you need. That cup of coffee in the morning overlooking Mt. Fuji will be an experience we will never forget! Thank you for an amazing stay!

It was our friend's birthday and they were kind enough to help us book a birthday cake for her and they also were very good at keeping it a secret to not ruin the surprise. They were also kind enought to drop off and pick us up at the nearest grocery store for our food items. This has the best customer service ever! The location and place is very beautiful! It is exactly as what is advertised. We have a very nice view of Mt Fuji from our unit and up at the roof deck. There was also a coffee truck in the facility which serves the BEST COFFEE 🤍 We love everything and would 101% recommend this place.
