the location is grate. It's on Saitama Shintoshin station. The room was very clean and the amenities is very good.
unexpectedly very clean and spacious. love the big futon and the extra ones they provided us. big tv. me and my son spent the whole day playing board games in the room without any concerns. they provided baskets to organize our stuffs. plenty of towels, hair dryer, amenities, etc. the bathroom is a bit cramped, but it is good enough.
The location was great, very close to Omiya Station with a shopping centre and trains 30 minutes to downtown Tokyo. This was also the perfect place to stay, should one wish to attend the Traditional Latin Mass at the Omiya Chapel of SSPX. There were tons of good restaurants and convenience stores around, and the room was both clean and spacious, with a kitchen and a dinning area. The ceiling lamp had a built-in projector, which could function as a TV as well.
The owner is very nice and speaks very fluent English. The place is very clean, cozy and the facility arrangements are very considering.
Accommodation was very clean and has provided all the facilities that are needed.
Location is very convenient as it is in the station building with many train lines heading into Central Tokyo. Because it is further out from central Tokyo, good cost performance. In addition to being close to the trains to Tokyo, there are plenty of shops where you could buy take away food etc. New hotel and very clean. It is quiet.
Amazing staff and great location! Just by the Wakoshi station, it is ideal to take the rail into Tokyo and easy to commute if you're working. It has a nice space to work with your computer, with a coffee machine. The room is recent, spacious and very clean. Would stay here again!
The building is close to a station, as well as very clean and offers a nice breakfast as well as a hot bath with good facilities. The room has a nice bathroom and a good tv, although maybe larger than it needs to be.
Owner kind and hospitable throughout our stay. He provided advice on nearby sightseeing areas. Breakfast was excellent. Amenities were high quality. The bathroom facilities were very clean.
Very Clean, comfortable, adjacent to train station, great staff at a reasonable price! Hotel is located above a mall with supermarket, bakery, restaurants. There are also nearby convenience stores and a 24 hour supermarket.
