I stayed in a generously sized room ; was spotlessly clean , the queen - sized bed was flawlessly comfortable , 24/7 hot water on tap . The food here is excellent, as fresh as it comes ( fisherman deliver directly daily )and very fairly priced. In the day you can enjoy activities such as swimming and kayaking 10 metres from your room , very cool ! In the evening sit back with a beer or two( bring your own as not served here )and take in nature's beauty . If you are in this area , it is an absolute must stay .I Came for one night and ended up staying for 6. Thanks again to all the great staff here that made my stay not only possible , but the best it could possibly be !

We had an amazing stay at Trattorias Holiday Home, the rooms are very nice, very beautiful interiors, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. The property is in a calm area yet very close to the happening places of Varkala. It's just walkable distance to Black beach and also the cliff where you have all the restaurants. The staffs were very helpful. Will definitely visit again. Thank you for hosting us.

One of the best stays I have ever had, very clean property in a secluded place, peaceful environment. Helping and friendly staff, the welcome drink tea and snacks were all home made and hygienic. Sunny George and Jibin sahu were very friendly and made us feel at home. We were constantly checked upon for any help and guidance, We weren't even charged extra for extending the checkout, the swimming pool was maintained well, and the beach is just a few steps away from thumpoly beach. Very happy and satisfied with the stay.
Very clean room directly at the beach. The hosting family is very friendly and welcoming, makes everything to feel comfortable, organises trips and offers delicious food. Definitively go back there for another stay.
Susan is such a lovely host. She will arrange everything for you to make your stay in Allepey the best: train tickets, boat tour on the backwaters, rickshaw rides to the beach, breakfast at a time that suits you. Our room in the Mayflower was very clean and comfortable and Susan’s South-Indian breakfast was amazing! Can definitely recommend staying here while visiting Allepey.
Very friendly staff feel.you very welcome. Always prepared to help. The owners of the place extremely friendly and helping in what needed. The complex just right on the beach providing umbrellas and beach seat. The pool is of good size and very clean and a fresh welcome on a very hot day. Provide local or western style complimentary breakfast and local restaurant just a short walk from hotel. It was a so good and relaxing weekend that we plan another stay this coming weeeknd.
