The location on the beach is good. The owner responded on WhatsApp when I messaged them and a lady arrived to check me in at our agreed time. The aircon was effective although I had no way to alter the temperature. Comfy bed with clean bedding and lots of pillows. Fine for one night.
Very Quiet Homestay, very clean, water tea coffee for free. I would love to come back. Very cheap.
The staff is very kind and helpful, they will help you arrange tours, trips and transportation. Food is excellent! The beach is a few minutes walk (or boat), but you can enter the water from their jetty and swim or snorkel. So many fish!
Maruba Inn is a lovely little guesthouse, a little bit away from the bigger resorts and guesthouses and from the street. This makes it a great, quiet and private place. Our room had an amazing view over the lake and a wonderful balcony. The bed was amazing, the room very clean and there was hot water for the shower. The location is very central, it’s only a little walk to plenty of bars and restaurants around.
Gorgeous location, super friendly staff and house reef just off the beach. The bungalow was a welcome slice of comfort with free hot and cold water on tap, couches, lovely bathroom and private balcony. Comfy bed with linen. Would love to come back.
Truly exceptional, couldn’t recommend this place more. Hervin, Rivaldi & Nola really do go above and beyond with their kindness & hospitality. Truly made me feel home the entire stay, it’s been really sad leaving this place behind! Location is great for people who like to be away from the city bustle and embrace some nature and surfing down at the beach while still maintaining a short scooter ride to town! Rooms are warmly and thoughtfully decorated and cozy with beautiful views of the garden & ocean. Absolutely loved it!
The new renovated accommodation lives up to its leisure ambience. The stunning beach view is a plus point.

Very clean property, we had the sea view room which was lovely. Steep climb up to it but with a hand rail. You do have to share the bathroom but it is very clean and has hot water. I think Robert does have one en suite room. Situated out of the city and up a mountain it suited us as we like the peace and quiet. You can walk down to the small beach from the property. There is also a lovely restaurant just up the mountain a short way which was very nice. Robert is very helpful and kind.
Very clean and comfortable, also near to sumur tiga beach (walking around 100 m and will find white sand beach with crystal clear water). The host very friendly, quick response and helpful. The reception is not 24 hour, but you can communicate and contact the host using wHatsaaPp to ask anything. Easy and simple. So this place very recommended and suitable for backpacker, group of friends and family group.
