There is a seating area with a small air conditioner upstairs and the rooms have windows that open with screens for keeping out bugs. Downstairs is a shared kitchen and a large seating area with shared fridge/freezer. The inside is non-smoking. The campground is on the same property, but it has its own facilities. The hosts were very nice and WiFi is fast.
