I booked the pod for this view and was not disappointed! Peaceful and quiet, beautifully decorated and well equipped—these pods are a hidden gem, and so is Strathy Bay. I highly recommend it! The host was friendly and professional. We had a lovely chat, and she was very kind to the kids and surprised them with ice cream in the freezer.

Our first time in Scotland and glamping and I’m sooo glad I didn’t book a hotel ! … the pods are beautiful and ever so cosy … we definitely did not need to bring extra woollies with us ! … we arrived on Xmas day to a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us … fresh eggs and milk were provided too which was very welcome ! … the pod was very clean too. beds are comfy and so is the sofa bed (I have same one at home) this is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas and relaxing here in the evening … we spotted lots of wild animals including cute rabbits in the evenings … the owner is very friendly and lit us up a little fire on our last night so my little one could toast some marshmallows. felt very safe … Highly recommend this place !
