Perfect country side location, the summer house had everything we needed. It has a full outside seating area, private bathroom & shower as well as TV and Netflix etc. We could even go and see the alpacas and emus up close! The stay was completely private and only a short stay away from the peaks. Also right next to the canal with pubs along for a walk. Will absolutely return ❤️

Absolutely loved all of it! The shepherds hut is all you need , small and quirky!. Loved the hot tub especially late at night when it's dark with the lights on around the garden it was so pretty and sitting in the egg pod with the open fire was so calming and relaxing!!

Gorgeous property in the most perfect relaxing location. The owner Mel has clearly gone to every possible effort to make this apartment perfect for guests to enjoy. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for your stay in Poynton. A special mention to the hot tub and walk in shower, luxuries that were hard to say goodbye to at the end of our stay!
The property was very clean and comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked with utensils so that we were able to prepare food during our stay (there’s even a convenience store just over the road which stocks all the necessaries for a good breakfast (and a pub)). The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks again to our host, Ben, who we didn’t get to meet, but kept in touch with us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
It was absolutely perfect in every way. The room was beautifully designed with lots of special beach themed touches. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and interested in their guests. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will certainly stay there again when we next go to an event in Buxton. Thank you x

Property was beautiful, didn’t feel like camping / glamping. Wood fired hot tubs were fab addition & each tipi had individual bathroom which were beautiful and spotless.
Brilliant location! Beautiful views surrounding. I attended a hiking weekend with some friends who stayed in campervans, hostels etc.. I wanted something a bit more comfortable.. and this b&b went above and beyond my expectations! Staff were so friendly and helpful! I felt very welcomed and looked after. Room was very clean and had everything I needed and more. Would definitely staff here again when visiting Castleton!
