The location was perfect ,a brief walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops and restaurants on the island. The rosewood had everything you need, the settee and beds were comfortable and even though it was winter the caravan was warm and cosy.The owners had thought of everything and the double shower in the bathroom was an added bonus.

We loved everything about our stay. The setting was perfect, plenty of outdoor space to play in which felt clean and safe. The pic nic benches, bbq and firepit were very welcomed by us and the farm shop selling firewood, eggs and other handy bits was another bonus. The airstream itself was the main wow factor. Really quirky, great attention to detail and very clean and comfy. Finally, Sarah our host was great, so welcoming and helpful. we would love to return one day. Thank you 😊

The caravan had everything you need for a great holiday. Quiet location in a well laid out part of the site, only 15minutes from beach, Lidl supermarket just round the corner and indoor and outdoor swimming pools nearby. Stella, the owner, aswered any questions promptly and kept in touch. Highly recommended.

10 Beachlands is a recently renovated campground in Porchfield, where guests can make the most of its indoor pool and bar. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The property is non-smoking and is situated 24 km from Blackgang Chine. Spacious, clean, location, everything was lovely.
