The view is incredible. I booked the pod for this view and was not disappointed! Peaceful and quiet, beautifully decorated and well equipped—these pods are a hidden gem, and so is Strathy Bay. I highly recommend it! The host was friendly and professional. We had a lovely chat, and she was very kind to the kids and surprised them with ice cream in the freezer.

The cabin itself is adorable!!! For such a small cabin it has the largest shower of our road-trip!! The towels are hand woven and are soooo soft! The kitchen is well stocked and the bed was very comfy. For me though, the star of the cabin is the private backyard. There is a deck with chairs or a picnic table. It was the perfect spot to hang out after a day of hiking. It’s Mountain Views everywhere in that yard!

Yes, supermarkets and restaurants are not close, but you can cook with the gas cooker on your terrace when the sun is shining. Wonderful!

The pod was great! There was a corner for the kitchen, and a little bathroom in the pod. The beds were comfortable and the takeaway breakfast good!
