This was my first ever stay in off grid accommodation and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The shower was amazing and the caravan was cosy especially when the heater had been on for a while. The location was beautiful and I would never have gotten bored of waking up to seeing the sunrise over the hills every morning. I would stay here again without thinking twice.

Located in Belper and only 30 km from Alton Towers, Blackbrook lodge Camping pods provides accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. Quiet, tranquil, beautiful view out of the pod. Amanda was extremely friendly and helpful ( she even gave me an onion from her own kitchen when there wasn’t one for sale in the shop!) As a solo traveler I felt very safe. The showers were hot and the toilet area clean. I had an extremely enjoyable, relaxing stay , and will definitely be returning. Thank you
