This glamping pod was so cute, it was the perfect size, beds were comfy, the facilities were spotless, the staff were so friendly. I couldn’t fault it. Thank you for the amazing trip! Will definitely be coming back :)

The location was very remote and beautiful. We really enjoyed being away from everyone and the city. The bed was super comfortable and warm. The bathroom was surprisingly big for the size of the cabin. No cons whatsoever. The real food cafe was a highlight of the night. 10/10 loved.

Located in Campbeltown and only 18 km from Springbank Whisky Distillery, Kintyre Glamping Pods provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. It was such a privilege to be one of the first few people to stay at Kintyre Glamping, everything is brand new, the whole location is just spectacular, the views, the peace and quiet, you can sit outside and the only thing you will hear is the sounds of the sea and the birds, there are beautiful beaches all around, we visited Saddell beach only a five minute drive away, discovered that this was the beach that Paul McCartney filmed the local pipe band on the video for ‘Mull of Kintyre’ such a special place, Also the old Abbey ruins and ancient stones in the small village of Saddell will leave you feeling quite spiritual. The pods have great showers and toilets, they are nice and snug and warm, the owner has thought of everything, if it rains and you’re stuck inside, there is a flat screen TV with Netflix etc, if you are looking for a nice base whilst in the area,somewhere you just relax away from the stresses of everyday life, this is the place to stay.

The view from the glamping chalets over the Sound of Mull is delightful. You can sit on your terrace, or within the sliding doors, and look out on the ferries plying back and forth across the channel with the mountains rising behind.

Offering river views, Heathers static caravan is an accommodation set in Sandbank, 3.8 km from Benmore Botanic Garden and 5.8 km from Blairmore and Strone Golf Glub. Clean. Super responsive. Had most things we needed.
