Many people out walking late into the night. Safe location. 10 minute walk to the Madrid sign. Lots of sidewalk cafes in the area.

Access to the kitchen without any problems. I really felt like being at home. The place is quite and very safe. Train station is 5 min by walk and it takes 20 min to get to Sol Station. Supermarket is 7 min by walk. I will definitely stay in Raul's place again. I really recommend the place - best option for solo traveller. 10/10

The place is very clean and comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The kitchen has all it needs, there is air conditioning and hot water. We didn't use the pool and the slides as it was cold weather, but it looks OK... The stuff is very nice and can communicate in English very well...
