The staff were great, very friendly, and are open to help you with your needs, especially Mina and Ibrahim. The location was great, very close to the Marina and other popular locations. The hotel facilities and services were very satisfying, everything you need is available in the hotel and even outside activities. Although the private beach is a little bit small but it’s very clean and well equiped. All in all the hotel is perfect for the value of money and we had a very pleasant time staying here.

I had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Resort, and I must say, everything was superb. The beach is sandy and simply amazing. The rooms are very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and comfortable. The food in the buffet is delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Everything the food..the room...the staff..the pool..the beach..everything is perfect..very clean ..stunning..internet everywhere and fast connection...mr mazen in the information is very very nice..

the Pools is very clean and variant , the food was really great , i enjoyed it with my family , the sea beach was well organized , all the staff was polite and friendly , special Thanks for Chief Mohamed and Chief Sameh for their kind support and hospitality , one last thing they have cool animation team with day and night programs plus kids club classes.

The place is very cozy and the rooms are old but very clean! Beach is the best ever..we loved it! Best food i saw...never had such good taste in a resort! Good animation team (Mario) had a good humor.

It was a perfect stay. The resort is great, the staff are stunning!the best of the resort is the friendly helpful stuff, everyone is the corner stone of this place. Very clean room, perfect variable food choices, clean and nice pool, beach is amazing, perfect place for families, no discrimination between Egyptians and foreigners (which means alot to me) and inshallah i will come again.. I visit this hotel on a yearly basis. The Hotel is very clean & quiet, the staff were very polite, friendly & helpful especially the guys in the reception. The food was delicious in dinner & it was nice to have night shows this time. The beach is clean & sandy also The pool was amazing. Definitely will come back again.

The food is excelent, big variety of foods to choose from. The rooms are very clean (thank you Ahmed ☺️) and comfortable. Beaches and beach bars 10/10- very clean, sunbeds avaliable at any time of the day, towels included :) Staff is very nice and helpful :)

thé pools are amazing and the beach great snorkelling .. very clean everywhere ..food was good .. we barbecue and the spinach ..well done to chef for catering for so many people ..the staff were always polite and wanted us to be happy .. the animation were particularly good .. especially Elena , virna ,mordi and Hamed the dj ..
