The place is calm, beautiful, well established and very well equipped and organised. We were welcomed by a garden full of flowers and very pleasant odors/perfume from the vegetation around.

I liked everything very much. The price I paid is low compared to what is offered in terms of quality. The level of this hotel is high, the setting, the amenities are wonderful. I really liked the SPA Center, as well as the room itself with a terrace. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and everything was very clean. The food was delicious. Reception helped me to visit all the sights in the city. The hotel is great with a top location and quality as well as extremely stylishly furnished.

Very clean and tidy rooms. The staff was very careful to the guests and they did their best to please us during our stay. We appreciated the desserts especially made every morning for breakfast.

The place is great close to all attractions with parking for guests. The room was large with a view and a bathtub in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished/ I could not leave the room/, peace and quiet. I enjoyed the spa which was unique. Extremely well matched and maintained. The breakfast was varied and well prepared, nothing was missing. People are smiling and kind. This hotel is one of my favorites already. I appreciate everything that was thought of for their customers. Thank you!
Very nice host, great communication. The house has everything you need for a confortable stay. Private bathroom for each room, very clean. Nice barbecue and yard. For sure will stay as our favourite choice when visiting Veliko.
