The property is definitely off the beaten track with lovely views and a real feel of being in the middle of nowhere. It was so relaxing being here, very quiet but then we were the only visitors. The yurt was lovely although closing the window blinds wasn’t easy so we left them shut once we dropped them on day one. There are a number of bbq’s available and wood to chop if you cook that way, if you don’t then pack your own charcoal. You definitely need to bring all that you need for your stay as the nearest shop in Avren seems very far away. Even though we didn’t use it, there was a 4m diameter Intex pool. Wifi was available. Nice kitchen and eating area with a fridge and also a fridge in the room. The bed was large and really comfy.

Owners are amazing and very helpful, they enjoy doing their job. I slept in a premade tent, air mattress and sheets are included. Facilities were clean.

Both caravans are surrounded by a mesh fence, which makes it safe for your pets to walk in the yard. The second caravan has everything you need for living: a kitchen with a stove and an electric oven, a small refrigerator, two bedrooms, a kitchenette and a sofa corner. There is a TV, air conditioning and stable Wi-Fi. In a separate room you will find a washing machine and barbecue facilities. Caravan is a very minimalistic and compact accommodation, so very tall or very overweight people may not be comfortable here. But we were ok. The owner Albena is always in touch and ready to help. Tsonevo village has a small supermarket and a couple of grocery stores. The nearest large supermarket Lidl is 25 minutes away by car.

The place is very close to the beach. You get clean sheets. You have warm water. There is a refrigerator and the place is beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lady who welcome us offered us to change for 3 days the bungalow with a renovated one and to stay one night in the old one but we choose to not because I found too much trouble for me. The problem is that the pictures published on booking are far away from what you find there.
