If you are looking for holiday park type facilities, this isn't it. It's more like a campers place like I've experienced while wwoofing. Which I think is a great opportunity. You're right in the middle of Apple orchards with amazing apples. Lovely outdoors table and basic amenities like shower and toilet. I had a wonderful time and wish I could eat those apples every day.

Very special family experience, from the lovely family who run the farm and care for the animals. The animals are all loved and cared for fantastically, you can see the bond they have with the owners.
Our boys joined the animal feeding in the morning, the absolute highlight of their Christmas holidays. The pool was brilliant also.

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to have received a free upgrade to an apartment, with a balcony and Ocean View. Perfectly located just seconds from the Main Street, shopping area and beach. Very clean with a great rain style shower head. The large TV was great for watching the footy!!
This is a caravan park cabin, very clean, very comfortable given the type of accommodation. Self contained, linen and towels very clean. The caravan park itself was neat and tidy and residents respected the 10pm curfew. Our two dogs also enjoyed the facilities and, as with other resident dogs, were quiet through the nights.
Could not rate Kennet river camping site any higher! Definitely our top spot when choosing a location to camp. Right across from the ocean for morning swims and surrounded by bustling towns for a delicious lunch and cozy campfires on site for the evening. Staff were incredible and always up for a chat. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of camping along the Great Ocean Road!
I have been camping for 13 years , Family caravan park is the most clean , comfortable place you ever will be . Quite nice and walking distance to shops, beach ,restaurants. Just 8 minutes walk . Love the bed you will sleep like a king . Big enough for big family. I will call it ( The happy place to be )
We came in winter (end of July). The view is just insane. The beach is downstairs literally across ocean road (which is quite calm at least in winter). You can hear the waves at night, just amazing ! There is also a fire place for cosy warm evening which I really loved. The house is also very clean and the bed really comfortable. It is all nicely furnished and cosy. There is also everything you need to cook, including a barbecue. Very easy check in/out and good wifi.
The bathroom facilities were very clean. The water pressure and temperature was great. The view of the glamping site was wonderful. The power supply unit and insect repellent were a great feature to our stay. It was nice of the host to come back to the camp site to check in. It would be nice to receive a courtesy text from the host to see if any supplies were required in the early evening. The outdoor beds were aesthetically pleasing, however, not practical during wet and windy weather conditions.
Campsite was very well kept, extremely clean and the other guests were great. The pool was clean, the playground lots of fun and the very short walk to the beach made things super easy. The roaming kangaroos throughout the campsite made for a unique camping experience too.
We stayed in a "glamping Pod" just for the experience ...go through the nearby gate and you are on the main back beach ie surf beach. Coffee and snacks right there so you can get to everywhere without walking through the rest of the park . We did use the nearby BBQ which was very clean and then promptly cleaned by the next morning .Bed extremely comfortable and basic Toaster , kettle and fridge. Toilet block a short walk away but take a torch if a night visit is expected. A paired back acommodation but a bit of fun
took me back to my youth camping down at the beach in the 80,s. beautiful evenings with rolling waves close by. great escape from the city. The glamping pod was very cute and a nice compact design. can not wait to do it again.
