Above all the staff. Very helpful and cheerful. The room we stayed in was very good and adequate for the occupants, perhaps on the smaller size, but adequate. Enough bathrooms/showers for the rooms without a private one, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook, with TV and refrigerator.
The host was very welcoming and kind and accommodated our very late arrival. She was kind enough to even drive us to the bus stop the next morning. The place was very clean and everything worked perfectly!
We really liked the place. It was perfect for a three day stay. The facilities were great and it ws very clean. We were there in winter and the heater worked well and it was very cozy. There was also an airconditioner if you stay in summer. The location is fantastic as it is a 5 minute walk into town. The host was lovely as well and tried her best to communicate with us even though we speak differenct languages. I would highly recommend staying if you are visiting Tilcara.
Great value for money and very clean, it is glamping so the toilets are outside from the rooms but all very clean and close. Was cold when we stayed and the host provided lots of blankets and heater. Breakfast was simple but tasty and nice to have fresh fruit, free space to park. For the money you can’t go wrong! Friendly host.

Very friendly host, we could use their grill to do a barbecue :) great appartment, nicely decorated with flowers from the garden.
Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. Staff especially at dinner, was not very attentive. Dinner itself was ok, breakfast was good. Rooms and bathrooms are big, everything is nicely decorated and very clean - rooms get cleaned every day. Rooms are all arranged around the very well maintained garden and pool. There is plenty of seating in the garden. The outdoor pool is heated and child friendly! So after a hard day of hiking, there is no better way to relax. There is free parking, directly at the hotel.
The staff is extremely nice, and always willing to help. The property was very clean, and well located.
