I expected it to get quite cold with its proximity to the beach, but the cottage was so nice and cozy, with everything available we could possibly need.
Neighbors and even passersby are very friendly.

The place was spotless and it looked even better than pictures. Less than 5 min walked to beach and everything including stores was close by. The owners even offerend us to book out at a later time. Very friendly people. I would recommend this olave to everyone i know. It was very affortable and u would book a stay there every chance i get
Footprints in Kleinmond is lovely. The hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to make things comfortable. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Each room was well stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and delicious rusks. Its not on the beach but so close that it might as well be (and what a beautiful beach it is). Footprints offer an upstairs self catering unit which looks like it has a sea view. I can see why that option would be treasured.
It is a very quiet area. It is perfect if you want some time away from the city. It is close to the beach. The house is big with a lot of sleeping space while the staff is super friendly, while the manager is always available if you need anything. Parking space if you self-drive, there is braaiing facilities. I will stop here because I can go on and on....
The breakfast was very well presented. We had a few options to choose from. The food was amazing. the room was very comfortable with great bedding and very clean. We were able to rest and get away from the city for the evening.
The Location was good, one road back from the beach road and was lovely to go on walks with family and dogs.
The accommodation was comfortable and very clean.
Lovely little area outside for braai.
