I was greeted very nicely. When I entered the room it was very clean and the basics regarding how to use the gates was explained to me in an easy to understand way. From the shower/bath one can normally judge the cleanliness of accomodation and this shower was exceptionally clean. Something you don't see often. Very kind owners. Would definitely return.
Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean and well-equiped flat. Great attention to detail with good quality towels and linen, snacks, and a fridge stocked with soft drinks, water, and milk (at no extra charge!).
Karen was prompt to respond to any query and gave excellent directions.
The place was very clean,I love the rooms and the staff was amazing.😊
