Loved location as we fid not have to drive through city traffic to return home. Room was way bigger than expected and very clean and bright. Good lighting and outlets. Very quiet also.
Staying in covered wagon was a different experience. Campground was quiet, beautiful & convenient to town. Owners were friendly & helpful. Enjoyed those private HEATED shower rooms. Great to enter a warm shower area especially when it's cold outdoors. Warm anytime of the day & night. Not like other places we have stayed where showers rooms are COLD. Enjoyable stay. Would like to return and stay in a teepee.
Amazing views, very cosy property! Kitchen well-equipped and house very clean. Beds were comfortable. Communication was prompt and owners were flexible :) Did I mention the views? Would recommend.
Loved the indoor and outdoor space. Very clean . All amenities. Close to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg once you completed the ten minute drive to bottom of hill. Perfect for a relaxing retreat. Plenty of games for kids. I did not want to leave. Easy check in at the heartland office.
Staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had away from home. Balcony door opened right on the river where our granddaughter had the most wonderful time feeding the ducks. Truly the best value I’ve had while traveling.
