The hotel installations are just great. The apartment has a stunning view. It is comfortable and has a complete kitchen. It is very clean. The location is very good, close to many attractions. It is not far from Miami Beach and Miami Airport.
The apartment was very clean, spacious and with all amenities you would need, including washing machine and a dryer which is very helpful. The location is just great, in the amazing neighbourhood of Wynwood where you have all kind of bars, food and live music within walking distance. It’s very easy to get to the beach by Uber. The rooftop pool area is algo amazing, easy to chill and big enough to not fill crowded. If back in Miami, we will defo stay there again
Located a short 5 minute walk to the Centre of Brickell was very convenient with restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable like home away from home with all you needed especially for a small family. There was plenty of space as well. The host provided pool towels as there is a pool on the property which my family used daily. There was also beach umbrellas to take to the beach. There was a washing machine and dryer which comes in handy especially with a family.
I stop here all the time. It is very clean and comfortable here. Wonderful manager. Convenient transport links. Just half an hour by bus to Miami Beach
Hotel/Rooms very clean. Beds comfy. We had the best nights sleep here. Pool area nice. Location great and free parking. South beach etc all close by 20 min drive. Taxi only cost $18 to south beach. Cleaner was lovely, even though its stated rooms are cleaned every 3rd day, she always knocked with clean towels etc and asked if we needed anything.

Centrally located: driving distance to Miami, beaches, Everglades and Keys.

Great value for the money. Very clean, updated finishing in a very comfortable suburban setting. Great for family with a budget focus. No pool or beach of course but that's not what you stay in this area for. This is well situated for Miami downtown or nearby
The location is good. It is located about 15 minutes from the beach and the center.
Milam's is a very good convenience store nearby.
The house is perfect.
This is more like an apart hotel as there was a bedroom and a from room with kitchen amenities, the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were very clean. The front room has a good size family fridge freezer, a cooker, dish washer and a washing machine/dryer. There were also adequate cooking utensils provided. The hotel is about 20 miles from Miami South beach but easy to get everywhere because we hired a car. The very popular Dolphin Mall is very close by. The breakfast was also provided.
