Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good variety and decent quality. Room service each day with fresh towels.
We had a great stay in Kansas-City and we really liked the Hotel and our Room. The rooms are modern, very clean and the breakfest was very good. I also liked the fact that there was a little workstation were you can e.g. print some documents if needed.
The ambiance of the hotel and the room was excellent. As you entered, you a wonderful smell filled the air, everything was beautifully set up. Very clean with a lot of small special amenities, we loved our stay. Extremely well located, we walked to most places and returned by Uber. Parking onsite was easy.
We never saw any staff. Everything was arranged by messages and entry codes.
The unit was very clean and comfortable.
Very good location. It even had a convenience store.
