I liked the outdoor seating available with chairs on the front deck and a picnic table between the cabins. You can park your car right in front of the cabin. The self check-in and check-out process was easy and hot showers are available day and night. It was also cool that the "streets" on the property have names, and there are outdoor games available for families to enjoy. I chose this cabin for its proximity to Cal Poly Humboldt and was not disappointed. It is about halfway between Arcata and Eureka and the cabins are much more affordable than the hotels in either town. Although small, they sleep three with a queen bed below a twin on the top bunk.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or RV park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-pitched tent, RV, or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms, and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
we only stayed long enough to sleep and then eat breakfast, not much variety for food but typical . Beds were comfortable but could have been softer for me. Very clean and quiet .
Loved every bit of it. The grandkids made camping friends and loved the pool and playground. The beds are the most comfortable than any motel beds we have been in. The staff is excellent.
The location was perfect though we did miss the turnoff a couple of times. Rustic but comfortable. The ultimate in elevated camping. We rented two tiny cabins next to each other, had great privacy, a fabulous campfire, and when we needed some travel relaxation - the pool and hot tub were awesome. 10/10 would absolutely stay again. The common bathrooms / showers were super nice and clean. Just to know - the office closes at 6p - so get your snacks / wood early and bring your own coffee for the am.
The location was close to the highway for ease of access to nearby towns which made things smooth! I also liked the atmosphere of the campground, it was clean and well maintained for how busy labor day weekend was.
Adorable little cabin with a personal fire pit was just what we were looking for. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the community bathrooms . They were very clean and the shower water was hot. Only about a 12 minute drive to the nearest grocery which was also nice.
Simple but clean and comfortable cabin in a separate section of a big camping. Toilet and shower facilities are close to the cabins and mostly clean.. We enjoyed our campfire in the evening and the very comfortable beds.
For what you are getting it is a fine stay. It is quite simply a campground with cabins.
It fit my purposes just fine for the one night. The facilities were clean, better than I thought for a camp ground.
