This is a beautiful hotel in a great downtown location within easy walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The complimentary happy hour with free food was such a treat!
Fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and perfect size for 2 people. Exactly what we needed for 48hours in Cleveland.
Very clean and modern with lots of natural light in the main living area & kitchen. Liked that there was a rooftop patio where we could view the 2024 eclipse.

we did not take advantage of the breakfast, however, my daughters and I all said that the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in, and the shower was AMAZING. The room was very clean. The check in staff was extremely friendly, as was the night staff who helped my ditzy teen operate a microwave (I swear she isn't normally helpless...). We enjoyed our stay immensely.
