Location is good, 1st house in the village, can walk to the beach at the end of the village. Not far from 7-11 and nice cafe' near by.

The complex has beautiful pools and is also kept very clean and secure by staff
There is a good gym - library and children's play room
The restaurant on site is excellent and there is a coffee shop during the day
Nearest beach is 5 - 10 minute walk or 10 bhat buses pass complex into busier beaches and town
Very clean, modern apartments. All well organized. No hassle with the contacts and organization, even I arrived late and left early morning. Good aircon. Some nice family beach restaurants around. Watching the kite-surfers and listening to the waves.
Very clean and tidy condo. I have been traveling a lot with my family but this place is the first one to rate 10 out of 10 stars. Rooms are not that big but big enough to let 2 kids play around. when little one goes to bed early time, big son makes noise to wake up the little one but it was no worries.
There is seven eleven in front of condo, some food stands, restaurants, or if you walk on the beach, town is just a few minutes away.
It's in a nice location and near a lot of attractions. I can swim in the sea and feel like it's a private beach. And the swimming pool! It's very clean and comfortable.
breakfast was good, beds were pretty comfortable and the toilet was very clean and big. nice hotel for a relaxing stay. sunset at the beach was beautiful too
Location is great! Right by the beach and close to beachside cafes and water sport vendors. Staff were very warm, polite and professional; they are the real stars of this property. The rooms are well kept and very clean/modern.
