It's a small but very clean and well managed hotel. I really like the room facilities, lots of charging options, very unique bathroom amenities even the free water bottle they provide are the premium ones. The view from my room is breathtaking. We really like the plants they have lots of plants and the swimming pool. All the staff are friendly and always smile back. Lots of brochures for different activities are available in the lobby. Very close to the convenience store.
Not far from the airport, here is very quiet, There is a large public area available for use. The room is very clean, and is also have a chinese barbecue restaurant.
Super nice and friendly staff (I forgot to ask their names but the two male staff at the reception were so nice and polite and they were always smiling) so I extended my stay here for total 4 days. It’s at a perfect location of city center and neighbor with convenience store, temples, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and cozy. This is the best hotel in Chiang Mai not just because it’s clean but to me it’s more because of the warmth from the staff :) I definitely will come back during my next trip to Chiang Mai.
Big room with a camping table and bench attached and a king size comfy bed, AC works really good, bathroom always extra clean, floors very clean, free bananas, cold and hot water and a fridge for guests.
The location is good, near to the centre. The staff are friendly and it's very clean and tidy. Good toilet and shower facilities and good lockers. The beds are a good size and comfortable. Good value for money, includes a basic breakfast.
The breakfast is really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free food in the reception nearly all day, and they are kept very clean and fresh. Rooms is spacious for 3 persons. It's good that the toilet, sink and shower are separated, which save us a ton of time getting ready or go to bed. 3-min walks to the barbecue street and the food stands.

really beautiful apartment, very clean, atmospheric, and the lady she even let us having a barbecue night there, providing us the bbq and letting us use the garden kitchen. Lots of free waters.
Really great room. Comfy bed, large bathroom with good shower. The a/c was OK (but kept cutting out to defrost about every hour). They even switched me to a room with a window as the first was at the back. The staff were really friendly and the place is modern and very clean. It is in a quiet back-street yet easy to find and quite close to a convenience store and some shops for coffee/food on the main road. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the train station.
The location is the best. The room was filled up with everything you need and very clean. The communication with the owner was great. He is very active and he answered our questions promptly.
There is 7-Eleven, 24 hrs Convenience store at the building. It's really good.
